Why do I hear a ticking noise coming from my speaker?

This is the resistor in the speaker but it should not be making an audible noise. Please try a factory reset - you can find how to do this by searching “How do I initiate a factory reset?” in the FAQ search bar. If this does not work, please contact us and we will send you a new Fabriq speaker.
