My Fabriq speaker loses connection when I play music. How do I initiate a factory reset?

We apologize for this inconvenience. Please try initiating a factory reset by following these steps:

Step 1. Open the Fabriq app and tap the Dashboard icon (the three dots at the top right hand corner of the screen).

Step 2. Find the speaker you wish to reset and click on the settings (gear) icon.

Step 3. Select “Factory Reset”. The app will ask you to confirm this command - tap “Yes” to proceed.

Step 4. Please send us an email at support@thefabriq.com and let us know which music platform you are using when experiencing these difficulties. This will help us as we continue to develop the Fabriq experience.
