I hear a crackling noise while playing music. What can I do?

Please try a software reset by holding down the mic button on your Fabriq. It is located on the control panel. Note that this is different from the factory reset, which can also be performed if you still hear crackling. Find out how to do this by searching “How do I initiate a factory reset?” in the FAQ search bar.
