If at any time, you are not completely satisfied with the performance of your FABRIQ speaker, contact us to speak with a knowledgeable customer service person. We will review the problem with you and find a solution. In most cases, we can solve a product issue over the phone without it having to be returned.
If you require a refund, you must speak with a Customer Service Person to obtain a Returned Goods Authorization Number.
Should the product be determined to be defective within the warranty period it will be repaired or replaced to your full satisfaction. The customer service person will provide details on how to deal with a defective product. In some cases, we will require that the item be returned for repair, or it will simply be replaced and shipped to you free of charge.
If the product is beyond the warranty period, we will endeavor to find an alternative solution for you. A new or reconditioned item may be offered as an alternative for consideration.
